I have followed the instructions and backed up my registry then ran the Farbar program as pasted below. I even had a so called expert from Telstra come out to my computer at great expense, ran malwarebytes in safe mode said he couldn't find a virus or spambot or anything else and promptly left. I have been ripped off by several anti virus companies who claimed they could remove the bot but didn't. It is a nightmare that I have been unable to solve for several months. I am unable to send any emails as they are listed as suspected spam.
